Recovery and Revu 20 opens but will not allow any functions.

Question

* I am opening Revu 20.3 extreme. It opens however it does not allow me to perform any functions. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it. Same issue. 
* When i open revu 20.3, the window that says recover unsaved changes opens in the middle of the software screen. The item that it refers to was deleted from my pc. I also deleted it from the deleted items folder. I again click on select all, then click on remove and or click on the word later. Recover unsaved changes goes away however revu 20 has all but a couple of icons showing and files but when i click on those nothing occurs. I have to ctrl alt delete, window pops open and says bluebeam is not responding. I click close.

* I have run this command %localappdata%\Bluebeam\Revu\20\Recovery in File Explorer. There are zero results. No items match my search. 
* Someone Anyone Please help!

Issac I ran it as an administrator and that stupid recover whatever thing popped up. I tried remove/ ok but revu still froze up after that pop up disappeared. I will ask Revu Support for help and hope they will help me w this issue. Thank you for your assistance. You helped me w an issue in the past. You are the rock star of BB.

Try to run Revu as admin then try Remove/OK. If this doesn't work and you can't get to Revu/Preferences to do a reset I'll be out of ideas.
