In Slack or Teams at work? As push notifications? SMS?
My understanding so far:
• that subject lines should be as clear and informative as possible—you want to know what session or project the email's about
• that you want clarity about when a session or project expires—clarity around the time and date
• that there's a use case for sending copies of emails to the person who originated the email, so that someone in a project management role can have a record of every message/invitation to collaborate that they sent.
