I will routinely miss the hit box when attempting to click on the x in the upper right corner of the screen because if the curser goes all the way to the corner, it won't trigger the x but instead it will close whatever program happens to be open behind Bluebeam. Which can be very troublesome. I haven't noticed any other programs that does this, only Bluebeam.
