DIMENSION FORMATTING OPTIONS

Please provide additional formatting options for dimensions. In particular, please allow us to put a white fill behind the text. Often times you cannot read the dimension over the drawing behind. Additionally, it would be helpful to be able to rotate the text or pull it away from the dim line.

Also, please allow us to turn off the zero by default when the units are set to "feet and inches" and the dimension is less than a foot.
