From my understanding, you cant bind anything from your mouse in the keyboard shortcuts menu located here.
If you like to customize your interface @JStanke FCI consider getting yourself a multi-button gaming mouse. I''m running with a "Logitech G502 Hero" corded gaming mouse. With this setup you can customize just about any of the buttons on the device - I have 6 custom settings on my mouse for use in Revu:
This mouse wasn't crazy expensive - they make some with more buttons/additional scroll wheels that are crazy and has helped eliminate multiple "clicks" from my workflows. I highly recommend adding one to your setup.
