Does the Mark-up Tools availabilty lag after renewal?
No, it should be pretty quick. Try logging out of Revu, closing it down, then opening it back up and signing in.
@Ralph S, are you still having an issue with the mark-up tool not showing up? It could be that the drawing you have open is locked.
