Tools are moving and/or duplicating when I click on them in V21.8

When I click on a tool in one of my tool chests, it often triggers the screen to scroll up or down suddenly right as I am clicking on it, so that when I release the click, it drops the tool in a new spot within either the same tool chest, or in another one. So the tools are getting moved/relocated within the same tool chest, or sometimes duplicated within another tool chest entirely. This is very disruptive and annoying. A lot of my tools are now all scrambled up in random positions within my tool chests, and I don't know of any quick way to get things back to the way I had them arranged. Grrr…

If I'm remembering correctly, this same problem was occuring in Version 21.6, was actually fixed in Version 2107, and now it's back in Version 21.8.

One step forward, two steps back.

I feel your pain @RickO! I'm holding firm back in 21.6 at this point and was living this nightmare on Friday. No fun!

21.7 and 21.8 are disaster updates. BB is not even attempting to fix many issues with these updates. useless.
