hi i am currently seacrhing for a compatible tablet/ipad for Bluebeam, preferably with a compatible pen. would anyone have any advice? Thanks
until the App fully functional in the new year, your best bet is a Surface Pro.
Thanks Doug
Do you have Surface Pros out in the field with your team @Doug McLean? A friend is considering using Revu for what her company calls "reverse takeoff" (aka quantity tracking) and she was asking about hardware options.
Surface Pros are nice but can be clunky at times in the field. I've used a Surface Go 3 (personal device) a few times and it's a more manageable size and is more than capable of running Revu.
This is exactly what i will need it for, quantity tracking.
I think our Installation Manager does.
The reason I said the Surface Pro is because its a full computer, the software wouldn't be web based.
That being said, as we know, there are supposed to be some big updates to Cloud coming Q1 so a regular tablet might be all that's needed. Cloud needs to come a long way though.
Huge Fan of surface pro! Full keyboard, mouse, or pen, all optional if you choose… I run it with a second monitor even. Slightly bigger than an ipad (bigger screen is good though), roughly same thickness.
