I’m running into an issue on a new laptop and I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced this.
I have an active Bluebeam Basics subscription, but when I sign into Bluebeam on my new laptop, I get a message saying my free trial has expired and that I need to upgrade to keep using the software. The same message appears when I log into Bluebeam Studio as well.
So far I’ve tried:
- Logging out and back in
- Uninstalling and reinstalling the latest version
- Clearing all temporary Windows files
- Confirming the subscription works on my home PC and work PC (it does)
The issue only happens on this new laptop, and not on my other devices. I’m wondering if this could be related to a device limit on the number of machines tied to my subscription—especially since I recently sold my old laptop and replaced it with this one.
I’ve opened a support ticket, but figured I’d ask here to see if anyone else has run into the same thing and if there’s a known fix.
