Snapshot doesn't flash blue

When I use Snapshot (G), it allows me to create a rectangle around desired content (in a PDF), but it does NOT flash blue once I release left mouse click and therefore, it does NOT create a snapshot (in order to paste). I get the same results whether or not I click symbol or through edit → snapshot. What am I doing wrong?

@Heather Jones, this has happened to me before, seems to be a bug. I suggest, closing Bluebeam and restarting. Then see if the problem persists.

Just did the update this morning. Everything went well except I no longer have the Revu icon. It is just looks like a piece of paper with the right, top corner bent over. Is this the new icon or did something not load correctly?
