Mark a zone and extract data?

I have measured many different areas in relation to flooring. Now I want to create a new sub-zone on top of some of them, where Bluebeam should calculate how many square meters of the different types (e.g., based on color marking) are within this zone—ideally also showing the percentage of the total area at the same time. Is there a way to do this, and to export the data to something like Excel?

It can be done in Revu with custom columns and custom tools, but easier to export a CSV file to excel and manipulate . Use the cutout feature to create an area measurement with a hole in it and fill in the hole with another area measurement with different subject.

Properties Panel Disappeared
My bluebeam updated a few days ago, and since then my properties panel has disappeared and no longer pops up when I click on a markup. There is also no label in the markup list that I can edit or search for. The properties bar is still there, but when I click on the properties icon on the right side nothing happens anymore.
