Can I change blend mode - use transparency, and color with overlay layers? I am not able to manipulate. I want one layer bright and other reduced opacity.
Color selection will be your friend while doing overlays.
You can toggle them on and off but they do not have an adjustable "Opasity" Deffinately suggest that to Bluebeam though the Help Menu Here ↓
I would find that option benificial as well.

Cloud and Cloud+ color fills only are changing from 10% to solid. First noticed in a Studio session. When selected, the solid fill reads as 10% in toolbar and properties panel. There is a black line that appears when converting from PDF to TIFF. It normally blacks out the title block but have had it black out parts of drawings recently. Is there any way to prevent this black line?
