Revisions not working in Sets

When I add new drawings to my Set the old, superceeded pages are not being crossed out. It appears that the new pages are assigned the correct revision number and all the sheet names and numbers are the same but they are being treated as all current revisions.

I am new to Sets and have yet to make the feature work. I suspect I am doing something wrong or there is an issue with my PDFs but I can find zero troubleshooting resources. Does anyone have suggestions for understanding the Sets feature or advice for what might be going on?

Are you checking the box that says to apply the Superseded Stamp?

There are a few Set setting in your preferences that you should also try out.

Yes, the "Stamp previous revisions as 'Superseded'" option is checked. I have been experimenting with the Set preferences and it doesn't seem to be changing the revisions.

Are you uploading the PDFs as individual pages from a set, or a combined PDF for a set? I've heard from Bluebeam that Sets works best when you do the form

I am uploading multi-page PDFs; one PDF per discipline/drawing series. I'll try doing it by individual sheets; thanks!

I tried starting a new Set with individual sheets and then added individual sheets with the same sheet names, file names and page names but only one sheet was superseded. This sheet was also the only sheet that worked when I used multi-page PDFs. So perhaps it is something to do with the PDFs? There is nothing obvious about how the sheet that worked is different all the rest.

yeah, you don't want to be using multi page PDF's.
