A way to automatically connect counts with a polyline measurement or segment measurment would be be helpful. This would be great to quickly get measuremnts between devices for electrical takeoffs. We can auto search multiple devices quickly and apply a count mark. If we could select a group of those count markers and the. Auto connect them with poly line or segments at right angles we could quickly get total lengths for things like cable or conduit without having to manually connect the dots.
Great suggestion @OGarcia. I wonder if perhaps this is something the Claude integration that is going to be available in Bluebeam Max will be able to accomplish? Any insight @Luke Prescott?
This is a good use case and make sense to need to connect up electrical fixtures. This isn't directly addressed with functionality in the first release of Max but does broadly align with the concept of generative markup.
