I am trying to develop a system of creating a product data submittal. What is the most efficient way to select various pages of hardware, and bring them into one file?
As with most things in Bluebeam, there's a few ways to do the same thing. For some people, the Stapler function works best for this. Personally, I like to work from the Thumbnails panel. This way you can drag/reorder visually and add/remove pages easily.
@Lee Pellegrin, There are a few ways to go about it. On the most basic level, I’d suggest using Combine Files in Revu. Just select the documents you want to combine, right-click, choose Show more options, and then click Combine Files in Revu.
You can do a similar thing when you already have a document open by inserting pages (Ctrl+Shift+I) or by copying pages from one file and pasting them directly into the Thumbnails panel of the current document.
Hope this helps!

I have read the community posts on Rotating pages, but even if I copy the spaces (even grouped,…
Does anyone have any experience with using a digital writing pad on Bluebeam for marking up plans or doing quantity take-off's?

For example, if I want to change the font from 12 to…
Hi, I have a question regarding the "recover unsaved changes" window. In this window, there is a "recover" button but whatever I do, it always stay "unclickable". What is this button for? I have an associate that is using a pdf Form that we created for them to use. After he fills it out and saves it, the background of random pages turn from white to black.
When working with layers in Bluebeam, our estimating team typically uses the same template across all projects — about 15 main layers, each with multiple child layers. So far, we haven’t found a reliable way to transfer this full layer structure from one project to the next. We’ve tried saving the layers to a template file…
Our firm has implemented Bluebeam and we have found many benefits. One issue that we have run into is building a regulatory report including dozens of attachments combined into a single PDF results in our clients unable to E-sign in Adobe and generating error codes regarding embedded fonts and unrecognized content. Is…
