Locking Toolchest

Good lord why isn't there a way to lock the tool chest. Why are tools jumping around from section to section. I am not doing it, it actually wont let you move tools the way that it is moving tools around by itself. Sooo frustrating knowing that you have built a tool, to find it missing and then to re-find it in an entirely different section.

Today I actually had two tools swap places in two different sections. How does that happen?

I have the same situation. It is always the first tool in a toolbox and gets replaced with a corrupted hybrid tool with various attributes from other tools. It's an easy fix, but what I worry about is a value changing in a tool that I don't notice and it changes the quantity of an item of take-off.
