Convert polyline to polylength

Please allow an option to convert a polyline to polylength, or an option to duplicate a polyline as a polylength. There seems to be no reason why this function is missing. I have already drawn polylines on a scaled sheet, Bluebeam could tell me how long they are in a fraction of a second if you just let it have this function. Manually redrawing everything as a polylength is miserable.
