White Background Turns Black

I have an associate that is using a pdf Form that we created for them to use. After he fills it out and saves it, the background of random pages turn from white to black.

@ahujik, My first thought is that perhaps he is turning on Dark Mode (Ctrl+3), but if that's not the issue I would suggest contacting customer support.
