Issue combining dozens of PDFs as supporting attachment results in client unable to E-sign in Adobe

Our firm has implemented Bluebeam and we have found many benefits. One issue that we have run into is building a regulatory report including dozens of attachments combined into a single PDF results in our clients unable to E-sign in Adobe and generating error codes regarding embedded fonts and unrecognized content. Is there a standard procedure/practice that our analysts should be applying hen combining to avoid this issue?

Are you flattening the PDF before sending it out? I've found that workflow to be helpful, especially when you know the viewer of the file is using Adobe.

PDF converting to TIFF creates a black line
