Bluebeam 21 Update

Hi all,

I have recently updated to Bluebeam 21 and even though I can sign in ok with my login details, I have no functionality at all. I can only use as read only. There is no location to enter my subscription details like there was in Blubeam 18. I have contacted support twice now over the last week and no response.

Anyone any ideas?

If you go up to the top right corner and click on your login name, it will drop down and show your Plan level. Chances are you're set to "Unpaid Collaborator" and not the level of license you're expecting. That needs to be set in the admin portal here

If you've already done that, sometimes a simple logout/login will fix it as well. Good luck!
