i've been a user since 2013-ish and I never had this problem. worked last week and this week I', unable to.

I've just noticed this message this morning in my File Explorer when I click on a PDF. Previously if I clicked on a PDF I would have an image in the preview pane. Running Revu 21.6.1, but I'm thinking this may be a Windows issue not a Revu issue? Windows 11, version 22H2.
I don't think it's strictly Windows. I have users where this occurs, and others where it does not. We're all running 24H2.
how did/do you fix it?

OK. I removed the latest update 'Update for Microsoft Windows 6198' and restarted my pc and now it's working, the preview.
My preview appears to be working again too.
It is a security upgrade from MS that released mid-October and extremely frustrating. You can change the properties for each file to allow previews if you have the time.
