I'm a retired engineer new to this forum. I've been using Bluebeam Revu X64 Standard for years and haven't updated to the most recent software. I understand X64 is no longer supported. I did contact support with a problem BB just started and they were very understanding but could not provide help and suggested I join this forum. If this isn't the correct post, please direct me to where I may be able to find help.
BB just started this. If I use some shortcut keys, ie 'L' from the toolbar, or even use the toolbar Line command, the program closes and all the open files are closed, losing any work not saved. Some shortcut keys ('W') work OK.
I've been having problems with the Blue Screen shutting down my computer weekly so I suspect there's a problem with Windows 11, but I'm not sure what. Is there a way to update BB Revu X64 using the installation files (which I have) without taking a chance of losing BB all together?
