Allow pan and zoom with mouse to work when the Apply Scale dialog box is open. Nearly every time this box pops up, I have a need to move around on the open sheet to find the scale; which requires me to cancel out of the box then get back to it. If you allow the mouse to pan and zoom (or something equivalent to view other portions of the current page) while still keeping the Apply Scale dialog box open it would relieve a common frustration.
