We have a team member who opened their own Bluebeam account. I need to absorb that account into my company account. How do I do that? Haven't gotten any help from Bluebeam when trying to ask them directly.
You have two options as far as I'm aware: 1. Reach out to support@bluebeam.com - you mentioned they didn't help out but I've worked with companies who have ran into the same issue. Just make sure you cc the employee and his BBID.
2. Just wait until the personal account subscription expires and then purchase a new license on your business account.
