Org Admin - User Contact Details

As an Org Admin user I have the ability to add users and delete users and assign the product, but is there a way to edit an existing user Contact Details? When I attempt to update a user's Contact Details everything is greyed out and will not let me make any changes.

Having the same issue. Also when new users are created, the first and last names revert to their defaults instead of showing the user's names as filled out when creating their accounts.

Yes, same thing happened to our account. That is what prompted my question about changing Contact Details. About half our users now show this for their name "FirstName LastName" instead of their actual first name and last name.
