Copy Paste Issues

Hi, since a few weeks now, i got the issue where i can't copy/ paste markups.

Error logs shows: Exception - - Der angeforderte Clipboard-Vorgang war nicht erfolgreich. System.Runtime.InteropServices.ExternalException (0x800401D0): Der angeforderte Clipboard-Vorgang war nicht erfolgreich. bei System.Windows.Forms.Clipboard.ThrowIfFailed(Int32 hr) bei System.Windows.Forms.Clipboard.GetDataObject(Int32 retryTimes, Int32 retryDelay) bei System.Windows.Forms.Clipboard.GetDataObject() bei System.Windows.Forms.Clipboard.ContainsData(String format) bei Bluebeam.Windows.Support.ClipboardManager.PasteItem(Boolean pAdd, BBPointF pPoint, Boolean pPasteInPlace, Boolean pTestForPageSwitch, Boolean pIgnoreSnap, List`1& pNewAnnotations)

I also have the issue that i cant copy any pages, no error occures.

Specs:

Bluebeam Version: 21.6.1

I've read, that it could be citrix but for its not working for me, current version: 25.3.10.69(2503.10)

When I restart and reset Bluebeam, it doesn't work. Only when I restart my entire computer is the problem resolved. However, I can't say how the problem occurs.
