Hi,
I’ve just signed up for a 14-day trial. I received the confirmation email saying “Your trial has started” and Bluebeam Cloud works fine. However, in Revu 21 desktop it still shows Package: Unassigned and only opens in Viewer mode.
Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
- Signed in with my BBID (the same email that received the trial confirmation).
- Selected the correct region (first America, then switched to Germany/EMEA).
- Reinstalled Revu, signed out and back in.
- Still no change —
Help > About
always shows “Unassigned”, so measurement tools are disabled.
Is there any way to force Revu 21 desktop to recognize my trial plan? Do I need to download from a specific link in the trial email or assign a subscription seat manually?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated — this is driving me crazy.
