Bluebeam Revu University - Measurement Tools for Takeoffs & Estimates. The Dynamic Fill Site Plan exercise.

I'm unable to stop the fill color from bleeding outside the fill area. I started with the suggested settings on fill speed and size first and then tried several others and methods but no luck. Is there a step I'm missing? Any help would be appreciated

Bluebeam Revu - Bulk Remove and Archive from Studio Session
I would like to remove and save approx. 10 pdfs from a studio session to condense the list to the most current files. The process of deleting individual files and saving a local copy is rather tedious. Is there a way to streamline the process?
Toolsets not saved?
BB crashed and I had added/edited dozens of tools and when I logged back in many of the toolsets were not showing in my profile or in the toolset list (so not hidden). Any ideas? And when I tried importing it said they already existed….
