Under the Tool Chest drop down menu select Manage Tool Sets then click on the + symbol in the bottom left hand corner then Add New then give the set a name then click OK.

Thank you, why does my new tool sets not get saved? I check in and save, but when I start again, I have the standard toolsets.

I am also looking for my profile, with all my tool sets, how can I obtain them?

Do you save your new profile each time after you've made updates?

Profiles are found by clicking on the Revu menu at the top left of the screen then select Profiles.
