Remove session notifications for files that have been removed

Bluebeam session notification alerts stay active even after the file has been removed from the session. When you go to it an alert pops up. This is a waste of time. Either remove notification alerts that are no longer valid due to removed files, or in the alert list make them greyed out with an indication the alert is for a removed file or something. Make it easy to remove irrelevant alerts.

It would also be informative if when the program noticed the document is removed, the alert is removed and recorded in the activity log as unread/unreadable now to help QA/QC processes.
