Need to view multiple PDFs at the same time and don’t want to bother with multiple open windows? Start using the Sets feature in Revu!
Here’s how to create and manage sets when Sets Categories are set to Manual.
Open Sets by going to Window > Panels >
Sets
Now go to Sets >
New Set
Click the Add dropdown menu to add PDFs to the Set. You can choose between Files, Open Files, Folders, and Folders (including subfolders).
Now the Categories Template dialog box will appear.
You can either:
- Skip and turn set Categories Off
- Select a template from the Select Categories Template dropdown menu.
- Then select the category that these drawings should be sorted
There are many ways to modify Sorting, Categories, or Tags by clicking the Options button.
Now your set is built and shown on the Sets tab!
