I don't use an iPhone but this is what I found.

In the Bluebeam Revu iPhone app, markup features are accessed by opening a document within a Studio Session and then tapping the plus button. This action reveals a toolbar with options for creating markups like rectangles, arrows, and text boxes. You can also access the Markups List to view and manage all markups within the document.

Detailed Steps:

Open a document: Open the desired document within a Studio Session in the Bluebeam Cloud app.
Access the markup tools: Tap anywhere on the document to reveal the markup toolbar.
Select a markup tool: Choose the desired markup tool from the toolbar (e.g., rectangle, arrow, text box).
Place the markup: Tap on the document to place the markup. You can also drag to adjust its size before releasing.
Edit or delete: To edit or delete a markup, tap and hold it to reveal the menu.
Access the Markups List: Tap the Markups List icon (bottom left) to view a list of all markups in the document.

Thanks for the question and helping each other out here!

Just to clear up some confusion: there are currently two Bluebeam apps on iOS.

Revu for iPad - iPad only. It has full markup tools and a markup list but will be retired at the end of 2025.
Bluebeam Cloud (iPhone + iPad, also available on Web & Android) - This is the new app we’re actively updating. It supports markups today, but not all tools or the full Markups List just yet.

On iPhone, if you're in a Studio Session, you can tap the plus (+) to add 11 types of markups. You can also check out a file from a Studio Project, make edits, and check it back in later.

We’re releasing updates every two weeks. Coming in September: offline-ready support for Studio Projects and the ability to open local files. Tool Sets and Measurements are coming by end of year, and we’re continuing to expand from there.

In 2026, we're aiming to continue feature parity for Revu iPad users by introducing advanced tools like the Markup List, along with better ways to filter or organize markups from the field. If your workflow depends on a feature that’s not yet in Bluebeam Cloud, you can keep using Revu for iPad as long as it remains installed on your device.

The first comment is not displayed on the iPad.
I marked up a cloud in Revu and added three comments to the markup. On the web version, I can see all three comments. However, on the iPad, only two are displayed, and the first comment is not visible. Does anybody know how to display the first comment on the iPad?
