How can I increase the size of Fonts in the menu, tabs and expecially in the index to documents?

I don't believe you can.
You might have some success by changing your screen resolution or Windows font settings

Well nuts….

Guess when you reach a certain age, it's a sign to stop using BlueBeam and just retire.

I know you are kidding and I am nearing retirement, but as a visually impaired person, it is extremely difficult to use the product without being able to increase the font size. Windows scaling, font size and resolution help with many programs, but I am not able to adjust those settings to make it more accessible for someone with low vision like myself. I'd appreciate consideration of this option…..
