When trying to look at pdf previews in file explorer all I get is "No preview available". It appears as though the Bluebeam preview handler has been wiped out of the system. Is there a way to fix this?
The feature worked as normal last week. I had Revu as well as Adobe on my computer and I noticed as of this week the preview handler in file explorer had defaulted to Adobe even though Revu is my default pdf viewer. I tried playing with some settings in and then uninstalled Adobe to remove that option in an attempt to force Explorer to use Bluebeam. All I'm met with is "No preview available".
In the registry under "Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\ CurrentVersion\PreviewHandlers" there don't appear to be any Bluebeam registries.
I had a windows update this week that may have caused the change. I was prompted to update Revu today after I noticed the issue and did so. The state of the preview hasn't changed with this latest update.
Windows 11 - 10.0.26100
Revu 21 - 21.6.0
