Count Measurement to have the “Name” & “Layer” & “Scale”

In the toolboxes I have created multiple markups with individual layers.

When I select “create count” it does not bring the markup tool properties to the count measurement.

I want the Count Measurement to have the “Name” & “Layer” & “Scale” of the markup tool.
