Filter and Sort option disabled

Hi everyone, does anyone know why I have the Filter and Sort option disabled in the summary option?

If you go up to your login at the top right, and click on it, it will drop down and tell you your "plan".

The filter and sort options in summary are limited to the Complete level only.
