Split the New Session | Join under the "+" button into separate buttons in Session menu

Current when you click the "+" button in Sessions (which says "Add") you get two options; New Session or Join. Please make these two separate buttons. It's annoying to go through the submenu all the time, and easy to accidentally pick the wrong one.

Navigating the joined sessions list is a mess when you have a hundred of them. Most of the time we just pass the BB session ID in messages and use the Join option, paste the ID in and it opens it quickly. It would be better to not have to go through the submenu.
