One of our customers has the problem that photos taken in portrait format are always inserted in landscape format in Bluebeam. When I insert the same photo, it is displayed correctly in portrait format in Bluebeam.
However, this is only the case for him in Bluebeam, when he imports the same photo into Word, it is displayed in portrait format.
I have already been in contact with the Bluebeam team, who advised me to do this:
"I have found many things, but not directly related to Revu. In fact more likely operating system, or caused by installing third party software for image editing.

If it was just Revu, I would suggest reinstalling the MVC++ redistributable. Doesn't hurt, and has already fixed a lot of problems.
But that didn't help either. I'm getting desperate with this case and wanted to ask here if there are other people who have a similar problem.
