I use custom stamps regularly and find panning up and down in the dropdown to be annoying since the icon to pan up or down is so small and when my pointer goes past it the drop down disappears, then I need to find my stamp again..!
Please fix..
@JBrunelle, Seems like you are using stamps for all your markups. My suggestion is that you use the Tool Chest for your standard markups (like the pole lights, etc.). Stamps are better suited for items you want to include on every page, such as approval blocks or signature boxes. This will also eliminate the frustration with the dropdown navigation.
Hope this helps!
Exactly what I was coming here to post @Shaya Birnbaum… Seems like de-cluttering the stamps may take care of the scrolling issue by using tools in the tool chest interface leaving stamps to the stamps pull down.
Please add the ability to allow some users to edit/delete other peoples comments. This can be controlled through permissions. It would be helpful to have an autosave function for PDFs being used in Revu. Currently this does not exist and would be very beneficial.
This has been requested many many times in the past by many Revu users. WHY is there STILL no numbered/bulleted list function??
It would be great be able to see to whom and when the "alert attendee" has been done. Today you can see exactly who and when markups has been accepted but there are no info at all if a markup has been alerted to someone.
It would be a huge time saver to have keyboard shortcuts for assigning markup statuses. Numerous workflows (e.g. QA/QC and design reviews, punch/back-check) involve multiple status changes for markups, and often times there are multiple statuses (or state models) to choose from. On large projects, with 100's if not 1,000's…
