Request for Quick Dark Mode Toggle Button in Toolbar

Hi Bluebeam Team and Community,

I often use Dark Mode when reading long documents in Revu, as it’s much easier on my eyes. However, depending on the document content, I find myself frequently switching back and forth between Dark Mode and regular mode. Right now, I have to navigate through Revu > Preferences each time to change the setting, which can be a bit time-consuming.

I think it would be incredibly helpful if there were a Dark Mode toggle button directly in the toolbar. This would allow users like me to switch between dark and regular modes quickly and seamlessly without interrupting workflow.

Has anyone else thought about this or have any workaround? It would be great if Bluebeam considers adding this feature in a future update!

@acastillo - In your Navigation bar (bottom of screen), there is a Dark Mode icon you can click to change modes.

The shortcut of CTRL + 3 is another option.

Thank you so much for pointing that out! I wasn’t aware of the Dark Mode icon in the navigation bar—this will definitely save me a lot of time. I appreciate the helpful tip!
