We need help. We use Bluebeam Revu to edit PDFs with stamps and text modules.
At first, it worked. We work at two workstations and log in normally. For a few days now, we've been opening PDFs. When we start up, the editing bar on the page becomes active. Then it loads the PDF, and the bar becomes inactive. I've tried everything, but the bar doesn't work, even with old PDFs that already have our notes on them.
Can anyone help us or help us solve the problem?
