Maybe I missing something, but in Sessions you can only select one attendee and email. How about the capability to select multiple attendees. The the author of this Session and invited attendees both would have this privilege. Thanks,
I'm not sure if this is what you mean, but when sending Session invitations, you can add several emails in a number of different ways. Let's start with the invitation window.
In the main area you'll see three options. Each allows for multiple users to be added to the email.
If you use "Type or Paste Emails" you simply need to add delineators between each email. Delineators are things like:
; , |
They indicate a break between entries in a list. To "Add Emails from Groups" you will need to have groups created first, but then you can quickly add emails from the groups created.
To "Use Address Book" just find the users in the address book and double-click each one to add them to the To: field. If you want to add a custom message, click on the "Add Message" button at the bottom. Then, when everything's ready to be sent, click "Invite Participants" and Bleabeam will send your invitation to the emails provided.
Alternatively, you can click on "đź”—Copy Session Invitation Link" hyperlink and then create your own email with the invitation link you just copied to your clipboard.
One more way to create your invitation is through the "Attendee Access window". Click the little dude in the picture to open this window, and then click on "Copy Invitation". This will allow you to make your own invitation email as well.
I hope this was helpful. Let me know if I missed your point entirely or if you need any follow-up. Good luck!
Greetings and thanks for your response…
Yeh, I am all set with that part of setup. I was pointing to the fact within an ongoing Session having the capabilities to email multiple attendees by selection of attendees in the list. Currently you can do it one at a time.
Please add the ability to allow some users to edit/delete other peoples comments. This can be controlled through permissions. At our organisation when reviewing drawings there is a review manager that consolidates comments before sending them back. This process occurs regardless of if we are using Bluebeam or another tool.…
Add folders for studio sessions to organize the list of recent Studio sessions. Some of our clients utilize one Studio session per deliverable on large projects that have multiple reviewers. It can be quite a task to find the one studio session for a smaller project amidst the rows and rows of studio sessions per…
With more people using bluebeam as a CAD/drawing program. It would be nice if bullet points/numbers points with auto text indent was a feature.
It would be helpful to have an autosave function for PDFs being used in Revu. Currently this does not exist and would be very beneficial.
This has been requested many many times in the past by many Revu users. WHY is there STILL no numbered/bulleted list function??
It would be great be able to see to whom and when the "alert attendee" has been done. Today you can see exactly who and when markups has been accepted but there are no info at all if a markup has been alerted to someone.
It would be a huge time saver to have keyboard shortcuts for assigning markup statuses. Numerous workflows (e.g. QA/QC and design reviews, punch/back-check) involve multiple status changes for markups, and often times there are multiple statuses (or state models) to choose from. On large projects, with 100's if not 1,000's…
