Perimeter measurement is an integral part of my work, however, is not available on my system (Bluebeam Revu x64 Basics).

Is this correct and if so, what do I need to do to make this available. This is the only tool that I need (that is not available to me already) and I'm hoping that I do not have to upgrade my system to simply get this.
