Custom Stamp - text plus 20% opacity .png file

I created a custom stamp using text with a .png image at 20% opacity in the background of the text. The stamp shows up as intended while the pdf file is open on my screen. However, when I print it to a color printer or to a Blebeam pdf file, the .png file in the background shows up in full color (NOT 20 % opacity). Any ideas?

When you go to print the pdf, if you click on the [Advanced] button at the bottom of the window, the "Advanced Printing" dialog box opens. If you look through the 'Printing Engine:' options, a description of each appears at the bottom of that window. I think the Image option might get the opacity right, but then it's a larger file and loses things like vector data. Maybe mess around with those options and see if any work best for you?
