After years of using Revu 20 for a few years under a company license (accessed by a registration/license key), I am now working on my own. Just subscribed to Revu 21 "Basic" and have yet to be able to use it. I messaged BB tech support 72 hours ago and have not received a reply, other than giving me a case number. My problem is this:
When I open Revu and load a PDF to be edited, I can not make any changes to the file. When I click the "Sign In" button, I get the following message:
"Bluebeam Revu x64: Error"
"Could not reach 'studio.bluebeam.com' at this time"
Googling this message gave me the impression that this might be a Windows Defender firewall issue. I created exceptions to the firewall using Revu's IP addresses, which I was able to search for online. Just stabbing in the dark here, as I'm not the most tech savvy person, but I'm not a complete dope either.
Can anyone offer advice for me, as BB does not seem to be in a hurry to assist. I'm losing work here, and losing patience with BB.
