Add Layout Options that convert parameters under PROPERTIES / LAYOUT of "Group Annotation", such as height and width that show the dimension based on the scale the drawing has been set at. These could be additional parameter boxes that adjust automatically as the object is dragged, or the existing document width and document height boxes are adjusted.
Example - you have a group of objects, say a square with a dimension across it to show its width and these are grouped - so when you stretch the square the dimension changes and reads accurately based on the scale of the drawing - you want to make this square 60 feet wide. Currently you have to calculate the math to enter the actual dimension [e.g. 8.733 inches] (instead of the scaled dimension [66'-9"])
With the new "scaled width" and "scaled height" parameters one could type in 66'-9" and the width of the group annotation would automatically adjust to that.
