PDF Graphical issues with markups/snapshots

I've been fighting this issue with various PDF's for a while now. It mostly presents with snapshots, groups of markups/images, etc. If I hover over select snapshots (G, vector based in settings)/markups, the colored vector-like glitches present and go away upon moving the mouse. The lines shown usually present when I save the document. They go away if I nudge the markups at all, but tend to return if I again hit save. Sometimes Bluebeam will completely crash as well which always sucks. I have played with rendering settings, resolution, etc., but can't seem to find a solution.

I have a Dell workstation, Intel i9-13950HX, 128GB RAM, RTX 4000ADA. All drivers up to date. Bluebeam Revu Complete software

Tip: Benefit of Snapshot over Printscreen
