Are you frustrated by Bluebeam switching the mouse wheel from ZOOM to SCROLL and back again?
Have no fear; there is a solution.
Holding down the Ctrl key while scrolling with the mouse wheel allows you to switch between zooming and scrolling.

Good looking out, @Luke Shiras. I like to go over the preferences with new users too, so that their default action makes the most sense to them and then make sure they know they can toggle the wheel function by holding CTRL.
This is good to know, thanks! I've been using Bluebeam for 25 years and never realized I could toggle between Zoom and Scroll in this way.
