Hi BB ,
I am trying to do a very simple task.
Send a message to all participants ( joined and not joined) on a BB session.
How can I do it?
Thank you
Nathalia
Can you use the "chat" box? On mine, it's at the bottom left corner of the screen when I have a session open.
Otherwise, you can right click on an attendee's name and select to send them an email. But it doesn't seem to allow you to select "all" or "multiple" attendees simultaneously. So, you'd have to send emails one by one, and I'm pretty sure that is not what you are wanting to do.
Also, it won't even let you do that individually with attendees that have not joined yet.
HI thanks for your answer but I could not find the "chat" function. I am adding the screen shot of my screen. Can you tell me where is it ? ( I am the manager of the session by the way) .
yes, thanks
However, this tool creates a PDF report. So, I need to open the PDF, copy and paste all the emails, and send the message using Outlook. This is insane! Also, the report doesn't add the people who haven't joined yet.
I cannot understand why the app does not include this essential function—emailing attendees!
But thank you anyway.
I agree, it would a useful feature to be able to select all invited attendees and have the capability to mass email. The information is already registered within the Session. It should be a right mouse option on Session name to email all attendees.
Blue Beam please consider this feature

Is there a way to reorganize form fields in Bluebeam Revu so they follow the correct tab order when filling out a form? Right now, whenever I add a new field, it gets added to the bottom of the list in the Forms panel. For example, if I originally create fields "Text 1" and "Text 3", then go back and add "Text 2" between…
This morning, I read the latest tip and trick post with custom statuses. I edited a status, and then I created a filter which dimed out the markup once it was set. My question is, Is there a way to save a predefined view of the markups list for when I am going through revise and resubmit drawings?
When I type a number and try to move it it rotates and I can't line it up the direction I want it to be. Why / how do I keep it from auto rotating?
I have one user, in one PDF, when he click on the screen, the page advances. He's unable to do markups because the page keeps advancing. I've never seen the behavior and we can't replicate it. It doesn't happen to other PDFs in the same sessions and reoccurs if Bluebeam is closed and reopened.
Do Bluebeam Release installs come standalone? or Do you have to be in Bluebeam to install the latest update?
Hi all. Relative noob here. I have a single sheet that I printed from a 100 page planset that I need to edit. I printed the 1 sheet to a pdf in order to keep the file size small. I have added a couple of layers for my edits and want them printed red. However, all the planimetrics, utilities, topo I would like to print in…
I'm currently working on customizing the engineering review stamp from the custom libraries, but I'm having trouble figuring out how to edit it without disabling the pop-up feature that appears when placing the stamp. Ideally, I want the pop-up to remain active so that the reviewer can fill out the required fields…
Good Afternoon, I am new to Bluebeam. I downloaded the program and can utilize it minimally. Separately (and a month after downloading Bluebeam), my employer added me to their subscription. Adding me hasn't seemed to also add the functionality that others have access to. Does anyone know how to somehow link my current…
