I have checked the shortcut list and it is there, but when I click alt+z nothing happens. My other shortcuts work. Has this happened to anyone else?
I've had this happen before… found that ALT-Z was mapped to an NVIDIA Graphics Overlay/Interface shortcut. Once I re-mapped that command to other keystrokes in the NVIDIA Control Panel, Bluebeam went back to working as expected.
I am not saying you will find the same exact cause, but it may be another software or plugin that is overriding that command in Bluebeam.
Thank you Jes, but what is the best way to figure out what other application this is set to? How did you discover your Nvidia conflict? I have clicked alt-z just on my desktop screen, but nothing happened.
I was exploring that app's options right after updating when I noticed it was a conflicting shortcut keystroke. I can see how it could be a wild goose chase. Process of elimination? You could start by exiting everything but Bluebeam, verifying that shortcut is mapped, and then opening your task manager (assuming you are on a Windows OS) to see what is running in the background that may have a conflict with Bluebeam.
